  • Coordinate day-to- day execution of the process.
  • Identify business process challenges and implementing changes to the process.
  • Develop and implement process solutions to improve operational efficiency.
  • Develop process workflow and design in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure completeness and integrity of information collected to conduct daily operations.
  • Establishment of measurements and targets to improve process effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Monitor and measure the benefits of post process implementation to ensure product quality, efficiency, and improvement.
  • Identify and analyze business processes to be improved.
  • Lead a team that will be responsible for process assessments, and process design and redesign.
  • Define those parts of the Process Framework not defined by the Process Owner.
  • Notify the participants in the process when standards and procedures are not being followed.
  • Analyse operating data and statistics to identify opportunities, develop action plans, and implement process improvements.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of the organization’s business lines and products.
  • Recommend innovative business and technical solutions to improve operational effectiveness.
  • Identify exceptions and deviations, as well as management of these situations.
  • Ensure the standards and procedures are being followed.
  • Facilitate resource commitment and allocation.
  • Act as focal point for process; communicate with clients, service providers, and management.
  • Being part of a team that has worked on ISO process implementation.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Design, develop and implement high impact online digital marketing strategies to deliver strong business growth, brand development, and drive customer acquisition.
  • Develop and optimise the digital marketing strategy across all digital platforms as well as collaborating with internal stakeholders and agencies.
  • Work with marketing team to execute e-mail marketing communications using company CRM system.
  • Deliver highly convertible, relevant site traffic and day-to- day management and review of the online marketing function (PPC, SEO, Email, Affiliates, Social, Content, Retargeting and strategic partnerships).
  • Execute marketing campaigns, including the creation and management of the campaign – Landing Pages, Microsites, Whiteboard Videos, Email, CTA’s, Surveys, Collateral Downloads, and Blogs etc.
  • Manage marketing communications such as writing blogs, articles, opinion pieces, social media posts etc.
  • Measure, report on and continuously improve the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
  • Working closely with BDM to ensure a consistent multichannel approach to all activity including the management of company social media.
  • Manage website development, provide direction and present recommendations on UX - design & layout of site, communications, Email, Advertising, Mobile, Displays, etc. with an excellent understanding of how people view and engage with content.
  • Knowledge and experience of using video creation software, content optimization tools, Product Management Tools
  • Self-motivated and highly organised individual who can manage several projects at once.

  • Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Degree in marketing or relevant digital marketing qualification.
  • 4-5 years’ experience in digital marketing and delivering B2B marketing campaigns within similar technology environments.
  • Proven B2B online lead generation experience.
  • Experienced in creating high quality blog content for inbound marketing and SEO
  • Desire and knowledge to execute innovative, unique marketing campaigns and messages.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate at all business levels and with our Business Partners.
  • Ability to execute a plan on time, on budget in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knack for constant self-learning & up-skilling attitude.
